Pūrṇam adaḥ, pūrṇam idam.
Out of the Full comes the Full.
A 40-day practice cohort devoted to the biological experience of unconditional provision and unconditional love.
Your body has never been separate from the original state.
It is an expression of it.
And within this very body is the possibility of directly experiencing the peace, nourishment, and fullness intrinsic to existence.
Not as something to attain.
As something to inhabit.
Welcome to PROVISIONED.
The original state is one of unconditional provision.
There is an original relationship between the body and the ground of existence.
And as this relationship is restored in lived experience, something even more fundamental may become apparent:
There has only ever been union.
The body and the ground of being are not two separate things seeking reunion. They are one reality, flowering through different registers of manifestation.
Within this original state, provision and unconditional love are not things we must earn, secure, or become worthy of.
They are intrinsic qualities of existence.
The Mother is the living expression of this relationship.
The one who nourishes, holds, and provisions life without requiring that life become anything other than what it is.
In the womb, we encounter one of the earliest biological expressions of (ideally) unconditional nourishment through another body.
And yet the Mother of whom we speak is not only our biological mother.
She is the ground of creation itself.
The original field of nourishment and love from which the individual flowers, and within which the individual has never ceased to exist.
To be born as an individual is not to become separate from the whole.
Out of the Full comes the Full.
The one wound. Its innumerable expressions.
And yet, we can experience ourselves as separate.
As a body moving through a world in which nourishment, love, safety, and provision must be continually found, earned, defended, or secured.
This is what we are calling the mother wound.
Not simply a wound associated with an individual mother, but the apparent experience of separation from the ground that gives rise to and sustains us.
Within the understanding informing this work, the apparent wound expresses itself holarchically: flowering through increasingly complex dimensions of biology, development, identity, relationship, perception, and material life.
Its expressions may be innumerable, yet they are not fundamentally separate from one another.
Through years of embodied practice and work with clients, I have witnessed recurring, remarkably specific patterns through which this apparent separation expresses itself across the whole of lived experience.
Through anatomy and physiology. Through thought, emotion, and spiritual perception. Through the psyche and the body’s development. Through our relationships with others and with the material world. Through the memories of childhood, ancestral experience, and the ways past and future are inhabited within us.
Each expression may flower into further dimensions of complexity, revealing its own patterns and correspondences throughout the body and life.
These relationships form an increasingly detailed body of inquiry, whose particular anatomical, physiological, and developmental expressions we will explore within the teachings.
And yet, beneath this extraordinary complexity, our practice approaches something beautifully simple.
The apparent wound is one.
And at the deepest level of this understanding, even the wound itself has never existed independently of the whole.
There was no original moment in which reality became broken.
No fundamental departure from the ground of being.
The experience of separation may be deeply familiar, but it has never altered what we are.
The ground has never been absent.
Within the experience of separation, it can feel as though two currents are moving through the body.
The current of the Self: whole, effortless, inseparable from all life.
And the current of identity: the familiar patterns of tension and contraction through which we experience ourselves as separate.
At times, these currents can appear to oppose one another.
And yet there is a threshold at which the current of the Self begins to become consistently stronger than the current of identity.
What follows is not a forceful overcoming.
It is a profoundly gentle, yet incomprehensibly total embrace.
It moves at the pace of love.
The body begins to experience itself as received from underneath.
The breath softens. The urgency to secure and defend begins to loosen. Patterns of tension may release, and the body may become increasingly available to rest, vitality, and the effortless movement of life.
In my work, I have witnessed recurring physiological shifts accompanying this deepening experience of ground. The full relationships between these changes remain an unfolding area of inquiry.
And as the experience of original provision becomes increasingly familiar, life itself may begin to feel more coherent, fluid, and intimate.
Not because every external difficulty disappears, but because the world is no longer encountered primarily through the expectation of separation.
Sometimes the movement is almost imperceptible.
And yet, so total.
A gentle descent into the eternal center of effortlessness.
Until even the apparent distinction between the two currents begins to dissolve.
Not because wholeness has finally been created.
But because there has only ever been one ocean.
Forty days of original provision.
At the heart of PROVISIONED is a collection of precise movements, self-bodywork practices, and bīja mantra that have revealed themselves through years of embodied inquiry and work with clients.
These practices bring us into direct relationship with particular anatomical junctures where the apparent wound of separation has repeatedly revealed itself through patterns of tension and contraction.
They are places where the experience of separation can be witnessed intimately, and where the body may begin to soften into the ground that has always held it.
We approach these places not as defects to be corrected, but as beautiful fulcrums through which the original state may become directly perceptible.
The practice is centered around anatomical structures shared across human bodies. It does not require any particular reproductive anatomy.
The precision of the practice serves the simplicity of the revelation.
We are not practicing to become whole.
We are practicing from the wholeness that we have always been.
Within the cohort
Daily embodied practice
A carefully developed sequence of movement, self-bodywork, and mantra, working with specific anatomical fulcrums through which original provision may be explored and restored.
Live practice and teaching
Shared space for embodied practice, essential teachings, and inquiry into what is revealing itself.
The anatomy of apparent separation
An exploration of the mother wound and its expressions through biology, identity, perception, development, and lived experience.
The flowering of provision
Forty days of exploring what becomes possible as the body becomes increasingly familiar with unconditional nourishment and love.
A living body of work.
PROVISIONED emerges from years of embodied inquiry, contemplative practice, and the privilege of witnessing the lives and bodies of those I work with.
It is whole in its present form, and a living body of work that continues to reveal new dimensions of itself.
As this work unfolds, I continue to explore the specificity with which the apparent wound of separation expresses itself throughout anatomy, physiology, the psyche, development, relationship, and the larger body of life.
The original inquiry remains the same.
Its expressions are innumerable.
And the teachings will continue to flower.
When you enter PROVISIONED, you enter the ongoing body of work.
Your enrollment includes the original 40-day cohort and continuing access to the teachings and materials added to this space in future rounds.
Not because the work is waiting to become complete.
But because fullness continues to express itself.
Out of the Full comes the Full.
The life that flowers from fullness.
Your life is a mandala flowering from the center of your own anatomy.
As the experience of original provision becomes increasingly familiar, we begin to explore what it means to participate in life from a different ground.
And to witness that ground give birth to a life increasingly true to its original nature.
Not a more perfected identity.
But the spontaneous flowering of the individuated Self.
This is dharma as I understand it: the whole expressing itself as the unmistakable particularity of a life. It’s mechanical and architectural in nature, emergent, and eternally flowering in ever higher coherence.
The divine does not need to erase the individual in order to know itself.
It flowers as the individual.
As the body becomes increasingly available to this recognition, life may begin to reveal a coherence that does not need to be manufactured.
A natural movement of creation, relationship, and participation arising from the center of being.
The point is birth.
The birth of eternity as form.
The whole, awakening as its innumerable expressions.
And this practice is held within a prayer for the enlightenment of all beings.
For the recognition of wholeness through one to flower as the recognition of wholeness through the ten thousand.
For every being to awaken as the particular expression of the whole that it has always been.
Not separate.
Not incomplete.
Not waiting to become divine.
The divine flowers as the individual. And the whole thing is aware of itself.
As this body.
As this life.
As you.
